Wedding at Moriac and Truffleduck

A warm summer's day set the scene for the amazing couple Megan and Karl's wedding.

Windswept skies and long golden grass provided me with delightful scenery for their wedding photos!

Getting ready with the groom and his lovely family took place at Sabrina on Little Myers, a cute little weatherboard cottage in central Geelong.

Then out to Moriac for photos with Megan at her family property with her also lovely family and bridesmaids in attendence. Georgie Stanton outdid herself again providing beautiful bouquets that perfectly complimented the bridal party.

The wedding ceremony took place at the historic St Patrick's Catholic Church, Mt Moriac and happened to be one of the entertaining Fr Peter Foley's last wedding ceremonies before he retires.

We then traipsed back to the farm for bridal party photos where the lovely Kelvin mowed a strip through the long grass for us! Thank you! A beautiful apple orchard provided a gorgeous little alcove for photos there as well. The property looked amazing thanks to Kelvin and Sue.

We stopped along the way back to the reception for a shot along the rolling Barrabool Hills. The wind was whipping up the veil for some drama (also with the help of my brilliant assistant Kerrie thank you!)

The always brilliant Truffleduck was our end destination. Canapes in the garden and a sit down dinner with a dessert buffet at the end. Drool!

Oh and the cake! Flourless chocolate mudcake...no one does it better!

After the lovely speeches, the most talented Karl Cottee (singer, actor) serenaded his beautiful wife Megan with a somg written just for her. They then wowed us with a dance number and then everyone joined in to dance the night away.

Thank you for the pleasure of including me in your wedding day; I have enjoyed working with you and your family and friends. You are a truly divine couple; I can tell the way you look at each other that you will have a most beautiful future together forever! Please enjoy this small selection of images from your wedding day! As always, I wish I could fit more on my blog!

Cheers!
